Month plan: Mon 12 Oct to Tue 10 Nov 2026

Cast and accounts: ../02_characters/ROSTER.md. Arcs: each ../02_characters/<slug>/story.md. Every slot below is one 8 s Omni 1.1 Flash 360p draft for Jerel's review; episodes (lines, stills, prompts) are written in the next stage, not here.

Cadence

Character	Account (IG)	Posts	Slot (SGT)	Why this many
Cikgu Rahman	new	Mon to Fri from 19 Oct (5/wk)	09:00	"school days"; lessons are saveable, weekends rest the joke
Mdm Lim	jenny_2ups (proposed)	5/wk, off Thu + Sun	09:20	a streak lands harder with gaps
Ah Boon	shiqi_2ups (proposed)	daily	09:40	the score is a daily habit ("kopi time")
Nadia	samantha_1up (proposed) + TikTok	6/wk, off Sun	13:00	verdict a day; Sunday off keeps the vote open
Jun	new	Mon, Wed, Fri from 19 Oct (3/wk)	13:20	every post is a cliffhanger; comments need a day
Kumar	melvin_1up (proposed) + TikTok	daily	18:00	the face and the serial; the drive home
Kayleen	kayleenduhh	daily	18:20	episodic ritual; evening scroll
Adrian	new (+ TikTok)	daily from 19 Oct	18:40	golden hour

v1 rules kept: ≤1 post per account per slot, 20 min stagger inside a slot, log plays at 24 h and 72 h. New accounts (Adrian, Rahman, Jun) are created on 12 Oct and warm for a week before their first post. Total: about 190 posts.

Weekly themes

Week	Dates	Theme	What the audience learns
1	12 to 18 Oct	Meet them	five premises, one line each; the first crossovers are only mentions (the Porsche, the tissue packet)
2	19 to 25 Oct	They meet	three new accounts debut; Nadia's mic and Jun's show put the cast in each other's posts
3	26 Oct to 1 Nov	The Ah Boon listing (dramatised)	Kumar's hardest seller, Adrian's "human cinema", Kumar on the pod; Halloween: the curl droops
4	2 to 8 Nov	Panic week, then Deepavali	Kumar panics; game-show final, the 1987 reveal; Deepavali open house: curl restored, Ah Boon's first ten
Tail	9 to 10 Nov	Part 2	back to normal, season-two teasers

Crossovers (how characters meet with one person per frame)

shots.md allows one person in frame, so characters meet by: (1) the interviewee alone on Nadia's mic, her question on screen; (2) one character reacting to another's post or to them off-camera; (3) the same event posted from two accounts the same day (tiebreaker dance, the final); (4) captions that tag the other account. Key dates: Sat 17 Oct (Porsche at the hawker), Sun 25 Oct (Ah Boon at Kumar's open house), Thu 29 Oct (Kumar on the pod), Sat 31 Oct (the curl), Fri 6 Nov (the final), Sun 8 Nov (Deepavali open house).

Promo posts [P]

10 of 188 (about 1 in 19, under the 1 in 4 cap on every account): Kumar 5 of 30, Jun 2 of 10, Kayleen 1, Nadia 1, Ah Boon 1; Rahman, Mdm Lim and Adrian 0. Deliberately light for month one: reach first, then raise Kumar to 1 in 4 if his posts get plays. Each [P] post: exact offer "free sample from one of your own listings, ready in 72 hours" + 1upsalesai.com in caption (agent-facing) or "ask your agent for a video tour" (homeowner-facing); "AI-generated demo home" on screen whenever a home tour shows; "Dramatised. AI character." when it looks like a real event. Characters never rate or review the film, never claim results. Promo lands mid-week (Tue to Thu) when agents are working, and never on a crossover payoff day.

Formats and why

Code	Format	Used by	Why
DRIVE	car ride, phone clipped on the dashboard, car bumping	Kumar	Jerel's favourite movement; the propped phone is the allowed static
WALK	walking selfie / handheld talk	all	moving shot, Omni moves well
POV	"POV: you..." handheld	Kayleen, Kumar, Adrian	puts the viewer in the scene
RATE	rate / guess bait, number or question first	Ah Boon, Mdm Lim, Kayleen	the viewer acts in the first 2 s
REACT	reacting to another character's post or moment	all	carries crossovers
DANCE	trend via motion reference (route B)	Kayleen, Ah Boon, Mdm Lim	the viral clip carries the motion, the character the joke
STREET	street interview, one continuous handheld take	Nadia	vote format, crossover hub
POD	podcast, phone propped on a café table	Nadia + guest	static allowed (visibly propped); guest alone in frame
CALL	advisor call-in, phone propped on desk or bench, caller off-camera	Kumar (Never Panic Hotline), Rahman	one face, one problem, one answer
BOARD	whiteboard explainer, handheld or propped	Rahman, Kumar	saveable; board text composited
GAME	game show, white box studio	Jun (+ contestant on their own account)	cliffhanger every post
GYM	gym / sport action	Mdm Lim	motion + "guess my age"

Scenes use the slugs from the brief (porsche-drive, hawker, hdb-corridor, mrt, condo-walk, infinity-pool, gym, marina-bay-night, wet-market, river-walk, new-flat, office-desk); 03_bases/manifest.csv did not exist when this was written, so the episode stage must map each slug to a real manifest row. Extra places needed: void deck, stadium track, pickleball court, café table, Deepavali home.

Slot grid

Format: Account | Character | Format (scene) | idea. [P] = promo.

Week 1: Meet them

Week 2: They meet (Adrian, Rahman, Jun debut)

Week 3: The Ah Boon listing (dramatised)

Week 4: Panic week, then Deepavali

Tail: Part 2

Risks to settle before 19 Oct

Accent in built sets. White box (Jun), café podcast and whiteboard rooms have no real SG base frame; shots.md says non-SG settings come out American. Test one Jun and one Nadia pod clip first. Fallback: build each set as one edit of a real SG frame (a real SG room painted white), or move Jun's rounds to hawker/mrt.
One person per frame. All crossovers above are written for one face per clip. Two-face podcasts or game shows need a two-speaker test (05_episodes/_tests/RESULTS.md, not yet written).
Kumar's limp curl (31 Oct to 7 Nov) needs kumar/canon/base-limp.png as one edit of his canon. Check at phone size that he still reads as Kumar.
Network look. Eight AI accounts on one device and two emails is the Goose pattern. Distinct bios, AI labels on every profile, staggered slots, and no copy-paste captions.
Spend (estimate, not approved): about 190 drafts at $0.32 is about $61, plus one scene still each at $0.134 (about $25), plus six new canons. Finals at 720p only for Jerel's picks.
